OMG! I'm In The Emergency Room! Why I'm Starting a Vegetarian Lifestyle

It's 11:28 pm and I'm at the Hospital with my son. I'm worried that I may be having a heart attack. For the last 3 nights I have been experiencing  weakness, migraines  on left side,tingling in fingers and tension in my left arm and upper back/shoulders.

Since spring I have been eating more damaging foods and chocolate. Eating pretty healthy apparently is not enough. ..

Well I'm going organic and giving up that milk chocolate! Otherwise I am just poisoning myself further.

I will take the diagnosis from the doctor and begin my journey to great health with a vegetarian health reversing lifestyle.
